UPS Direct is the exclusive Southern Africa agent for the TESCOM range of UPS equipment.
The TESCOM UPS uses state of the art ‘Double Conversion True Online technology’ providing full protection against all 9 types of electrical disturbances.
The design ensures clean uninterrupted power to all types of critical electronic equipment.
They are fully intelligent and can be integrated within an S.N.M.P. environment.
5 Year Warranty
TESCOM is the only UPS available in South Africa with a 5 year parts and labour warranty (excluding batteries which are consumables).
The warranty is subject to a 5 year preventative maintenance agreement which includes 2 service calls per year.
Should you not require this option, the standard 12 month warranty applies.
